Q. Are your products compatible with Mountain Lion?
A. Not yet. We are working hard on the Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8) compatible versions of Print Therapy and Spotless. We will post an update as soon as they become available. There is no release date set at present for either product.
Q. Are your products compatible with Lion?
A. We do have a Lion (Mac OS X 10.7) compatible version of Spotless. We are still working on a Lion compatible version of Print Therapy. We will post an update as soon as Print Therapy 8 becomes available. There is no release date set at present for Print Therapy 8.
Q. When will I receive my code?
A. We will issue your code within 48 hours of receiving your payment from PayPal. We do our best to send codes in a timely manner, and the majority of codes are sent out within a few hours. Regular checks sent by mail take longer to clear. We will send out codes within 48 hours after the funds clear our account.
Q. The code I received with my payment confirmation doesn't work.
A. The number that is received with your payment confirmation email from PayPal is your receipt number, not a registration code. Registration codes will only be issued by Fixamac Software, Inc.
Q. I have waited for longer than 48 hours and I still haven't received my code. Where is it?
A. We issue every code within 48 hours. If you have not received your code, there are a number of reasons why.
- A spam filter on your email account has deleted or moved the code email from your inbox.
- We only send code emails to the email address used during the payment process. If the email address is invalid, your code email may be returned to us. You will have to contact us with a valid email address to get your code.
- You may have purchased an upgrade product and had not previously purchased a full license to upgrade from. We research every upgrade purchase and if we are unable to locate the previous purchase, we will send you an email. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours, the upgrade payment is refunded.
Q. I purchased one of your products and have since upgraded my Mac OS X. Do I need to purchase a new version?
A. We do offer upgrade products in our online stores. They are located on the lower section of the pages. If you wish to pay for an upgrade by mail, you can find the product pricing on the online store pages. If you are unsure if you own a previous version, please contact us before paying for an upgrade. We will gladly provide you with your previous code.
Q. Do I have to pay for every upgrade?
A. Generally, we do not charge for minor product releases. For example, if a product version is 1.0, every update in the 1.x range will be free. If the product jumps to 2.x, there will typically be an upgrade fee.
Q. I have lost my registration code. What can I do?
A. Please contact us and we will send you your registration code details.
Q. Do you offer educational discounts?
A. We are pleased to offer discounts to educational institutions. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
Q. I received an error when running your software. What should I do?
A. While we make every effort to develop solid and fault-free software, it is very difficult to take into account every possible computer setup. You can help us by submitting a screen shot of the error message and giving us a brief description of how to replicate the problem.
